Poznań entity merged from incorrect pages

Hi,
there is something wrong with abstracts and labels for Poznań (other cities or entities can be affected as well but this is where I spotted this).

The issue concerns Polish abstracts in the following way:

 • “Posen – wieś w hrabstwie Presque Isle, w stanie Michigan, w USA” → A village in Michigan, USA
 • “Poznań – wieś w Polsce położona w województwie lubelskim, w powiecie łukowskim, w gminie Serokomla” → the village in eastern Poland
 • “Poznań (niem. Posen, łac. Posnania, jid. ‏פּױזן Pojzn‎) – miasto na prawach powiatu w zachodniej Polsce” → the real Poznań, city in the western Poland

Polish label is incorrect as well “Poznań (województwo lubelskie)”, when we open with Polish as accepted language. This is extracted from the following: <http://dbpedia.org/resource/Poznań> owl:sameAs <http://pl.dbpedia.org/resource/Poznań_(województwo_lubelskie)> which is wrong.

Looking into RDF source there are more incorrect labels - repeated for some languages, e.g. 2x @pl or just pointing at another entity:

Can you verify where the wrong data slips in?
