The last published date for the live changesets is 2019-10-24-14-000045? Can I ask why this is so far behind the current date? Is this intentional or an issue?

We are currently looking into this issue. I will let you know as soon as the matter is resolved.
We fixed the problem on the upstream server and the live stream is now generating new data.
