Dear @ariyanmehedi,
creating such panels has been done many times before and should be easy.
You can even query them directly from the main endpoint via linked data (please use caching and the cache-control header). Also you can use other data retrieved via the links. Here is an example of how something similar was build: https://svn.aksw.org/papers/2011/ESWC_Ontos_Feeder/Ontos_Feeder_public.pdf but there are many, many others.
