How to download the data and use it？

Hi~ every one，I want to download the data and import to my system for KBQA research, but i have 2 question

  1. There too much data format and files in the Databus(https://databus.dbpedia.org/dbpedia/collections/latest-core), which file do I need to download?

  2. After i downloaded, can i import the file into the neo4j or nebula graph database, is there any guide blog?
