DBpedia-Links automatic procedure is stil active?

I am following a project on lod (for example
http://dati.isprambiente.it/id/place/ancona).
About the links
https://github.com/dbpedia/links/tree/master/links/dbpedia.org/dati.isprambiente.it to / from DbPedia, do you know if the automatic procedures are still operational? We are about to change some links, but they would still be retrieved from the CONSTRUCT query set if the automation was still active.

I’m not expert, I had the doubt that the service was no longer active from this link:

it appears that the latest update dates back to date of 2019-06-01
