Can't access french sparql endpoint

Hi,

When trying to access the french sparql endpoint at http://fr.dbpedia.org/sparql. I’m getting the following error:

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request

Reason: Error reading from remote server

Apache/2.4.41 (Ubuntu) Server at fr.dbpedia.org Port 80

Is this a server issue ?
