Hi folks,
as you already know we received a hell lot of proposals for this year’s GSoC program. Almost twice as many students as in the previous years submitted their work. We were really amazed by the eagerness the students showed towards the project ideas we offered. In the end, we, chose 8 amazing project proposals. Our mentors are currently in the middle of the bonding period with these students and we can’t wait to get them started on their projects and, see them get some code done.
Each student is required to create a personal public project page and provide weekly updates on the project. This is a great opportunity for you, the DBpedia community to follow up and get a glimpse into the work of aspiring new DBpedia developers.
